To best accommodate you Le Reve does ask that you familiarize yourself with our spa policies prior to your visit
Le Reve Spa Policies
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to charge 100% of service for all no-shows.
- To avoid 50% missed appointment fee, you’re required to call 24 hours prior to your appointment(s) to cancel or reschedule. (*72 Hrs required for holiday and spa party cancelations)
- Discounts may not be combined and are not applicable to spa packages or gift card purchases.
- Returns for store credit within 30 days with receipt only. No exceptions!
- Spa Finder and Other Gift Cards may not be accepted on weekends or for spa parties
- No returns on spa treatments, gift cards, or make up purchases
- Le Reve Spa is a cell free zone so we do ask that your cells be turned off while in our spa area
- Only service dogs permitted within our spa
- Expect a 20% Gratuity to be included on all holidays, holiday weekends, and spa parties
